Message From Our Chapter President
Greetings and welcome to the official website of the Alpha Iota Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., located in the beautiful city of Savannah, Georgia!
It is my honor to extend a warm welcome to you on behalf of our dedicated members who embody the ideals of Sisterhood, Scholarship, and Service. Since our founding, the Alpha Iota Sigma Chapter has remained committed to uplifting our community through impactful programs, educational initiatives, and meaningful partnerships that empower individuals and strengthen families.
As you explore our site, you’ll discover the many ways our sorors continue to make a difference in Savannah and beyond—through service projects, youth mentorship, health awareness campaigns, and scholarship opportunities. We invite you to learn more about our legacy of excellence and join us in advancing the vision of our illustrious sisterhood.
RUBY CHAPTER
We are proud to announce that Alpha Iota Sigma has reached another milestone! Say hello to the newest Ruby Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.! Chapters are elevated to Ruby status for sustaining a membership roster of 22-49 active members! Persistence and dedication with a focus on recruitment, retention, and reclamation our Sorors is definitely paying off!
Thank you Sorors of the Alpha Iota Sigma Chapter for your time, efforts and believing in our vision of Greater! To our many supporters outside of the Chapter, thank you! When you attend an event, give to a cause, share a flyer, and collaborate with us, you too are supporting our vision of Greater!
